Hatcher Pass Polaris has three MSD Factory trained technicians. Don Lelle our shop manager has been with us since the shop opened in 1993. He has a vast knowledge of the Polaris Product and is oftern called on by the Polaris Factory engineers for first hand experience in the field. Our other two technicians Bernie & Tom have been with us for over 6 years. We pride ourselves on knowing the product and take the finest care in working on the customer’s equipment. Our team does extensive machine work in house: Cylinder Boring, Crank Rebuilding, complete 4-stroke & 2-stroke engine rebuilds. We also do shock rebuilding.
